I had the teen boy start to make SPAGHETTI.
I filmed him for a few seconds and then took the video clip and trimmed it in the editor just to where he got the knife out.
I then just did a camera move through the door to make it look like he was walking into the room.
I made sure while filming he cut his finger so he would hold the knife straight up in the air.
I then place him in front of this father to make it look like he was looking at him, then moved him over his father and blocked the shot with the top of the wall so you couldn't see him chopping food. That gave teh effect of stabbing.
To make it look like his father died and his arm going limp I just ran that part of the video backwards. The father stretched with that arm and the arm went up, running it backwards made it look like his arm goes limp.
