I made a small stage and put the actor on it.
Then placed a chair inside the stage so the back of the chair was sticking up.
I then deleted part of the stage so only a little was left.
I then positioned the camera so you could see him standing and see the back of the chair to get the effect that he was standing on a chair.
The swaying part was ust a close up of him breathing, of course not showing the head.
The dangling feet was just him standing on the stage still, just with the camera positioned so you chould see his feet, the bottom of the wall and the floor, but not the stage,. That way it gave the illusion of him dangling from hanging.
It's all just camera tricks and editing.
