That was the shot that took the longest to set up, of any in the movie.
The scene is a composite of two shots, both with Marsha Narrator tossing Pirn Killbot into the air until he spits up. One with her doing it normally, and one with her doing it while she's sparking. I saved the camera angle, and made sure she stood on the exact same square.
As for the sparking, if you make a Sim use the Enigmatic and Eclectic Energizer career reward while in Green or Red Aspiration, and it backfires, you can use the move_objects on cheat code to delete the energizer, and the Sim will continue to spark and steam with no ill effects.
Got the idea from Chocoaqua's "Meditation and Electricity Movie" which featured a lot of meditating, levitating, noodlesoother-wearing Sims teleporting from place to place as they arced with electrictity.
With Windows Movie Maker, I took a reference snapshot of the exact point when it looked like the spit-up hit her. I then cropped both clips to that point, the almost-seamless shot in question.
I think it took me three Sim-days of shooting to get the shot to work properly.
