As seen in the film: The Chase.

Before anyone reads more, this effect works if you use Pinnacle Studio or Adobe Premiere Pro. It most likely works on other programs as well but I only know the instructions for Adobe. (Pinnacle Studio instructions are listed in the link below)

First, I downloaded a blue screen floor and wall paper from this link: [1]

After that, film your sim doing anything infront of the blue screen. (If you want your sim to look as though they're behind something, you'll need to put something in front of them; the blue screen doesn't work as an image infront of your sim). After you've filmed the scene, go onto Adobe Premiere Pro. Place your files in the bin. Now, put your video which uses the blue screen in the Video 2 slot. Place your video without the blue screen in the Video 1 slot. Click the Effects tab. Once under Effects, go to the Video Effects Folder. Now, go to the Keying Folder. Under keying use the blue screen key. Drag the Blue Screen Key option over Video 2. It should appear blue screened. An other effect, workable for shots indoors with windows with a blue screen behind them, is the Non Red Key. You can also play around to see what you like the best!

For those of you without Adobe Premiere Pro or Pinnacle Studio, search your program for a blue screen effect. I'm sure that it has one. Search Blue Screen by going to "Help". If it's listed, you're in luck. Follow their instructions!

If you're having trouble with the entire image being blue screened, go to the Effects Control tab. Click on Blue Screen Key under Video Effects. Play with the Cutoff and Threshold numbers until the background image doesn't seep through anymore. This will come in really handy for indoor shots!
