#31 Me and Myself - JixsTS2
This movie is so elegant in its simplicity and draws out the viewer’s emotions with the careful selection of scenes. JixsTS2's attention to detail in the sets and story help to make this movie seem incredibly realistic. Everything in this movie flows together so beautifully, from the use of fantastically done props such as the photo album to the creative use of unusual sim actions. #30 Kyle's Life series - m1tchm
This is a series that no one should miss. The concept of following this young man’s life through his eyes is wonderful. This feels as though this guy exists in reality. This is an ongoing series and only m1tchm knows when it will end, but the amazing real movie quality of his episodes will keep viewers coming back to watch every time a new episode comes out. I find myself thrilled when a new chapter is released. What stands out so much is the filming. The camera movements and shots are incredible. What’s fantastic about this story is there is never the easy way out or the easy way to tell the story. The tragic events that unfold in Kyle’s life make me start to feel true emotions towards this Sim. Not many directors know how to tell a great story, m1chm is one amazing storyteller and I for one can’t wait to see how it all turns out for Kyle. (chosen by and commentary by Witchery)
#29 In the Shadows - ghostofyou
This director’s description sort of had me chuckling because they were worried about the song choice or at least the band. What they didn’t realize is that they made me love that song! ;) This video is a bit of a twisted love story. My favorite kind! The coolest part is the snow and ice covered set and the addition of the mirrors make it seem very dreamlike. A band playing in a small room with mood lighting and the spinning effect was a really cool addition as I always love to see a band playing and it was cool that the main character was also the singer. #28 People Get Ready - auroraspirit44
I really enjoyed this video. It was a really nice laid back video that one can watch and just sit back and enjoy. She did a good job with her camera angles and shots used to show the different families getting ready for a trip. I think what makes this film unique is that it blends in footage from Microsoft Train Simulator. And she blends it in very well and really makes it feel like both games engines are part of the same. Definately give this one a watch, it's not only nice on the eyes, the song is catchy too. (chosen by and commentary by Tacoshack)
#27 The Photographer - artcgrrl
One word can describe this movie perfectly: haunting. Artcgrrl has a beautiful style and shows it off here with great cinematography and editing. With her varied use of different and creative camera angles and excellent use of different styles of music she gives us a stunning, and disturbing, look into the psyche of an already off-balance woman going over the edge. This movie is completely engrossing and pulls the viewer in from the first scenes. (chosen by and commentary by Carisa)
