Sims 2 Cheat Reference: Cheat Basics
This cheat is often known simply as 'BoolProp', but in fact there are several
cheats that begin with 'BoolProp'. This is the big one. The monster
cheat. The movie-makers gem. The one everyone is talking about.
Some people have said they must enter it while in the Neighborhood screen for
it to work. Others say it works fine if they enter it while in the lot
itself. If you're having trouble getting it to work, you might try this.
WARNING! Use this cheat at your own risk. It was invented NOT
for players, but as a development testing tool. It may cause your game to
become corrupted, to crash, or become unstable. If you get any error
messages ONLY press Reset, DO NOT press cancel or delete. If you get an
option to Force Error* then don't click it! If you do decide to use this

Create-A-Sim
Use this cheat in Create-A-Sim mode, and you will have access to all career
clothing, NPC clothing such as the Social Bunny, Maid Costume, Mailman, etc,
plus you will be able to see filenames for all clothing.
The Plumbbob
The one exception to the 'Force Error' rule. I've done this many times
without any problems. To get rid of the plumbbob (the diamond over the
Sims' heads) SHIFT-CLICK it, then select FORCE ERROR then DELETE. It will
go away until you exit the lot. This is an excellent tool for movie-makers
because you no longer have to have a 'spare Sim' to act as a plumbbob holder, or
have to try to film around it.
Maximize Skills / Needs / Change Personality / Change Relationships
Pause the game without going into build or buy, and select your skills icon.
When you are in the tab with the skill meter click and drag the pointer over the
desired skill bar to raise it. Works similarly to max out needs or change
their personality (and therefore changing their astrological sign) and interests
and to improve or decrease two Sims relationships.
Newspaper
SHIFT-CLICK newspaper.
Select: Adult jobs (if an adult Sim is active) or Teen/Elder Jobs if a
teenager or elder is active. Then choose career.
Set Job Level to... 1 is lowest 10 is highest.
Career Awards. Will make any of the career reward objects available to the
ACTIVE Sim.
Mailbox
SHIFT-CLICK Mailbox
Invite all Neighbors: Invites everyone in neighborhood over to the
lot. Warning! May slow down your game!
Make friends for me: Everyone on the lot is instantly friends (Will bring
the relationship to 50/50. May require an additional interaction to
actually achieve official 'friend' status.)
Make me know everyone: Makes your sim know everyone in the neighborhood
and gives them a 25/25 relationship. Warning! Their phone will ring
a LOT!
Make All Happy: Maximizes all needs apart from 'environment'.
Force a Newspaper delivery: Paperboy/girl will arrive within one Sim
hour
Force Burglar: Will cause your lot to be robbed
Trigger Birthday... : Choose a household Sim from the pie menu and they
will age transition instantly.
Add to Secret Society (University Only): Young Adult Sims at college will
instantly become members of the Secret Society. Will not be taken away in
the limo or instantly be friends with any members.
The Sims
SHIFT-CLICK a Sim
Set aspiration: Set aspiration level or their life aspiration.
Kill...: Choices "Die By Flies" or "Give Dead Token", "Die from Old
Age" (elders only). Give Dead Token causes them to die from one of the
other causes randomly.
Change Suit: Select: Maternity, Pajamas, Casual 1, Formal,
Underwear, Naked, Swimsuit, Workout.
Change fit: Select Fat or Thin.
Plan Outfit: This brings up a clothes shopping window.
Spawn...
Give/Remove Cellphone: self-explanatory.
Give/Remove MP3 Player (University Only): self-explanatory.
Give/Remove Handheld (University Only): self-explanatory.
Chance Card Tester: This will create a large yellow box.
Click on the box, select Force Chance Card then click On. Each
time your Sim goes to work a chance card will come up. To turn off the
Chance Card, click on the box, select Force Chance Card then click
Off
MakeMeSick Tester: Choose from the illnesses listed. There
is also an option here to make your Sim immune from illnesses. Choose
from: Cold, Flu, Morning Sickness, Food Poisoning, Pneumonia
Rodneys Death Creator: The Death options and Ghost Colours
are:
Die of Old Age - White
Death by Disease - Green
Death by Drowning - Blue and leaves puddles everywhere
Death by Electrocution - Yellow, occasional sparks seen
Death by Fire - Red smoking
Die of Starvation - Transparent, also raids the fridge removing 5 food
units
Die of Flies - Purple
Die from Fright - Pink
Die by Satellite - Orange, leaves a piece of wreckage that is valued at
about $2000
WARNING! Too many deaths at once might cause the Grim Reaper to
freeze on your lot. It's a good idea to let him leave before
killing the next Sim if you're planning a lot of deaths at once.
Toms Clothing Tester: Spawns a clothing rack
Dress like NPC - gives option to change to any NPC clothing, elders
and teens/children may not have all the options

Work Business
Work Criminal
Work Culinary
Work Law Enforcement
Work Medicine
Work Military
Work Slacker
Work Science
Work Politics
Burnt Skin
Tombstone of L&D (Life and Death) Selecting this will cause a
Tombstone to appear. To use it, simply click on it. You can turn
off the 'TestingCheat' and the tombstone will not disappear.
New Teen Female: Creates a random teen female.
New Child Girl/Boy: Creates a random child.
New Adult Male/Female: Creates a random adult.
New Toddler girl/boy: Creates a random toddler.
Add neighbor to family...: Add any Sim from the neighborhood into your
family.
Rename Sim: self-explanatory.
Make me friendly to everyone here: Instantly everyone on lot will have
90/90 relationship
Make me alien pregnant: self-explanatory. Note: Will work on
females
Get pregnant with...: Your Sim can then become pregnant by any Sim they
already know, regardless of their relationship status. This is the
only way two Sims of the same gender can have a genetically correct
child.
New Baby: Creates a random baby
New Elder Man/Woman: Creates a random elder.
New Teen Male: Creates a random teen male.
CINECAM Baby: Spawns an infant who is an exact replica of your
Sim.
Paul's Reaction Tester: Will spawn a yellow box. Click the
box to force your Sim to display a particular reaction.

Yoga - Current Clothes: Your sim will start doing yoga in the
clothes that they are wearing.
Workout Current Clothes: Your sim will work out in the clothes that
they are wearing.
Items
SHIFT-CLICK showers, sinks, bathtubs, toilets, counters, stoves to set their
cleanliness level.
SHIFT-CLICK Fridge: Restock: fills the fridge for free and
instantly.
SHIFT-CLICK Workout equipment: CHEAT Get Fat: WARNING! This
Forces an error. If you accidentally select this, select "reset".
SHIFT-CLICK Stereo or Pool Table - *DEBUG - Set Low/Medium/High Level:
Sets your Sims skill level at either dancing or playing pool
SHIFT-CLICK staircase then select Walk. Will force your
Sim to adopt a particular method of walking. Choices are Normal, Run, Sad,
Mad, and Happy. After selecting walk mode, simply tell your Sim where to walk
and they will walk with that mode.
SHIFT-CLICK window. You must have your walls up for this to
work. You should get the selections then to Wash Window or Look Out
Window.

Credits: I would love to be able to credit the person or people who
originally did the work with these lists, but when I searched for information
about this cheat, I found many identical lists all attributed to different
authors. Also, I pulled information from many different sources, as I
didn't find any ONE source that I felt was complete. Therefore, it's
